Struggling with burnout and feeling completely drained at the end of the day?

I created this Free Teacher Wellness Workbook specifically for overwhelmed early childhood educators like you — filled with practical, realistic strategies to help you reduce stress and actually enjoy teaching again.

Featured Speaker & Presenter

These experiences have allowed me to share practical, evidence-based strategies on teacher wellness, burnout prevention, and creating sustainable teaching practices with thousands of early childhood educators and administrators.

I’ve had the honor of presenting research-based workshops and keynotes at leading early childhood conferences across the Southeast, including:

Hi, I'm Tiffany!

I’m a former preschool teacher turned researcher and trainer. After years in the classroom watching dedicated educators burn out, I decided to do something about it.

I went on to earn my Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction, where my research focused on teacher burnout and self-care. Today, I help early childhood educators across the Southeast (and beyond) reduce stress, protect their energy, and actually enjoy teaching again.

As a Georgia State-Approved Trainer (and working toward approval in other states), I create practical, research-based professional development that supports teachers in real classrooms.

How I Support Early Childhood Educators

For Classroom Teachers I help overwhelmed preschool and early childhood teachers reduce burnout and protect their energy with practical strategies. I also provide training on developmentally appropriate practices, lesson planning, classroom management, and other essential teaching skills.

For Directors & Administrators I deliver Georgia State Approved staff trainings and professional development to support your team’s well-being and effectiveness. Topics include teacher wellness, burnout prevention, developmentally appropriate practices, lesson planning support, and creating strong team environments.

What Makes This Different

I’ve been right where you are — exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering how I was going to make it through another week of teaching.

That experience, combined with my research on teacher burnout, is what drives everything I create. This isn’t another generic self-care list or overwhelming program.

This is practical, realistic support designed specifically for busy early childhood educators who want to feel better without having to quit the job they love.
