I’m a former preschool teacher with a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction. After years in the classroom experiencing and witnessing burnout firsthand, I became passionate about helping early childhood educators reduce stress and protect their energy.
Teaching preschool showed me how rewarding and how exhausting this work can be. I saw talented educators pouring everything into their students while struggling with their own well-being. That experience led me to pursue my doctoral research, where I studied teacher burnout and designed a self-care intervention to help preschool teachers feel better and stay in the profession they love.
Today, as a Georgia and South Carolina State-Approved Trainer (and working toward approval in other states), I create practical, research-based professional development and resources that help early childhood educators move from surviving to thriving.
I create practical, professional development trainings focused on teacher wellness and burnout prevention.
Whether you’re a classroom teacher looking for realistic ways to reduce daily stress, or a director wanting to better support your team, my trainings are designed to be immediately useful in real early childhood settings.
